The French part is located in the very west of Switzerland and there are five different Cantons: Geneva, Vaud, Neuchatel, Jura and Fribourg. It’s also called the region of the three lakes.

You can visit beautiful and historic towns like Geneva, Lausanne and Fribourg. If you prefer to discover the landscape, you are also right in this region. You can hike through amazing valleys and mountains but the French part is also very famous for horsebackriding. If you are hungry after your workout in the nature try our different types of cheese or enjoy a glass of wine from the near vineyards.

For a long time now, the country’s natural beauty and Carnival have made it internationally famous, bringing thousands of tourists to its shores all year ‘round. However, there is another attraction here, which one only discovers upon arrival: the Brazilian people. The Brazilian way of life is even more surprising and more enchanting than any of the scenery.
In 2002, of all foreigner tourists who visited Brazil, 96% said they had the intention of returning. As a matter of fact, more than 65% of them were on their second (or more) trip to Brazil.

We like Walt Disney because he is the most impressive person in animation.
Walt Disney was born in 1901, in Chicago, IL. When he was young, he drew pictures and sold them to neighbors.
In 1920, He made his first animation and after he added the the movie which was a new way. Mickey Mouse was created in 1928, and his talents were first used in a silent cartoon entitled “Plane crazy.” Also he made amusement parks called Disney Land that is in LA, FL.
In our opinion, he is a hero from children. while we grew up, we saw his animations and liked them. so, most of our age people remember him and his animation. It’s our interesting memory. Secondly, he made amusement parks for family. it was great job.

Steve Jobs is CEO of Apple Inc. He was born on Feb 24, 1955 in San Francisco. He was adopted when he was born. He dropped out university after he took only one semester. However, he was keep studying auditing classes such as calligraphy. After he went to India, he became a Buddhist. His wife’s ex-husband was boss of Buddhist. Steve has four children but only one child is a biological one.

Steve Job’s salary is only $1 a year.

Oprah Gail Winfrey – Lin

My favorite American person is Oprah Gail Winfrey. She was born in 1954 and Black American. She is celebrity in broadcasting, also she is backer of Burack Obama. Furthermore the show “Oprah winfrey show” is one of the most famous programs in the world.

Sadly, when she was young, she was wery pool. She was born in Mississippi as an illegitimate child. And them she became an unmarried mother when she was 14-year old. Unfortunately, her son died just two weeks later. Happily, this accident is her last disaster. She took her program in local evening news when she was 19-year old. Later, her emotional transmisson brought the afternoon talk show for her.

Now, she is the most powerful person in the world, and alsways she is donating to poor people a lot of money.

Martin Luther King by Oxana

I would like to describe about my favorite American person. It’s Martin Luther King. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on 15th January 1929. He was first African-American leader who fought for the end of discrimination and freedom of black people. King delivered his famouse speech all his difficult life. His speech was called “I Have a Dream”. On the evening of Aprile, 1968 he was killed on the balcony of his motel room in Memphis.

Robinson broke the baseball color line when he debuted with the brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. As the first black man to openly play in the major leagues since the 1880s.
Robinson had an exceptional baseball career.
Over ten seasons, he played in six World Series and contributed to the Dodgers 1955 World Championship.

Major League Baseball retired his uniform number “42″ across all Major League teams.

He had pursued several things.
He was the first African-American television analyst in major league baseball, and first African-American vice president of a major American corporation. He helped establish the freedom National bank, an African-American-owned financial institution based in Harlem, New York.
He was awarded the presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal.
